Writer's Foreword & Acknowledgements

There goes my first post, after what seemed like eons, much persuasion fom my frens (ok, I lied. I previously alr had plans to hav a food blog, it was jus alw delayed) anddddd.... finally attained that bit of ability to afford to go to nice places to dine :) There goes the circular flow of income at work ><

Besides, I've got some free time on my side so I wondered "Y not?" Plus I've been sampling some yummy food which I think can be given more praise. Not to say that my comments are all correct, jus opinions I hav and wld like to share.

Of course, nonetheless thanking the frens arnd who kept me accompany on these yummy food tours. Who braved the sandstorms, Wind, Rain, Sun & even their innermost fears to sample food of various cultures. Mainly this blog will be centered on food in Singapore but if possible, it will also feature my food adventures arnd the globe.

My philosopy is eating quality food & not quantity, working out for ur food & to savour each bite because ppl really put in hardwork into preparing it & serving it to ur table.Plus food shld alw be prepared with love, it need not be ex nor fanciful. I call this: Igersm (clinche yeah? HAHA i think so too but i'm jus so thick-skinned)

I hav got to admit that indeed I m influenced by the various foodbloggers arnd like Ice (www.skinnierthantheoriginal.blogspot.com) & Camemberu (www.camemberu.com). Do let me know of other foodbloggers if u hav :)
